Ahotecx Refund & Return Policy

1. Shipping & Delivery

- Delivery times may vary depending on your location and external factors (customs, holidays, etc.).
2. Returns
- You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them.
- Custom or personalized items are non-returnable unless defective.
3. Refunds
- Refunds are issued only after we receive and inspect the returned item.
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).
4. Exchanges
- We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you want a different product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
- If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the item.
- We will provide a full refund or replacement at no additional cost.

7. Limitations of Liability
- We are not responsible for lost packages during return shipping.
